These Karoo skies are something else! Minus 12 degrees this morning, but the cold makes for super clear skies too.

The 'house' in the picture was my darkroom from around 20 years back when I lived in Nieu Bethesda for a while. Complete with windmill for water.

GLEN GREEN WEDDINGS

Hi, I’m Glen, and I am a professional wedding photographer. I am based in Clarens, in the Eastern Free State, but photograph weddings regularly in Johannesburg, the Natal Midlands, and Drakensberg.

I absolutely love photographing weddings, and find it a real honour to be invited to a couple’s special day and be able to document it in the best way possible. I am very easy going, and always get on well with my subjects. Most people are not professional models, and the thought of being photographed is terrifying for many. Rest assured, I will put you at ease, and of course offer a bit of guidance for your day ahead. Please feel free to CONTACT me if you would like any ideas on planning your special day.

I really prefer covering the real events of the day, and take a minimum of posed photos. All you need to do is have fun ( a given!), and leave the rest to me. My wedding photos are natural, and I do not not do the washed out, pastel look that is a current trend. My images are meant to last a lifetime, and I would hate my clients to look at their prize photos in a few years time, and hate the dated look. I only supply, real, natural colours, with a fair sprinkling of black and white images too, which I love!

I am a member of Admired in Africa, which is a ‘by invite only’ group of Africa’s top wedding photographers.
