It was a joy to paddle, sleep along the banks of the river and spend time with old hands again up on the Orange. Although not hectic at all, it was dead calm and peaceful. As always the river was abundant with wildlife. Low water meant finding channels and negotiating some tight spaces but we made it through. Clean water, few bugs and gorgeous weather. My only regret was not capturing more video, I was stupid not to.. 🫤 But still, good times, happy vibes. I think I needed a small change of pace and scenery. Thanks Clinton Lerm Tsietsi Jacob Mzangwa Msiphola Boyca Wana for a great 5 days and for affording me the opportunity to spend some time with you. Until next time... 😎🤘🏻
PS.. the old bones quickly reminded how unfit I am. Lordy lord.. my advice, adventure as much and as often as you can, we only get older.
