Theme: Youth as Peace Builders and Law-Abiding Citizens

The 4Ps MAT Glan Convergence successfully conducted a Youth Development Session (YDS) aimed at strengthening youth awareness, community engagement, and peacebuilding initiatives.

The session was facilitated by CPL. Johnson Melitado from the 73rd Infantry Battalion Intelligence, Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) as the resource speaker.

The discussion covered the following topics:
📌 Understanding CTG Youth Infiltration & Preventing Violent Extremism (PVE)
📌 Community Mapping & Bayanihan Action Plan
📌 Preventing Violent Extremism (PVE): Lecture on CTG Recruitment Tactics and Counter Narratives

The activity provided valuable insights on recognizing harmful influences, strengthening community participation, and promoting critical awareness among the youth. Participants were encouraged to become proactive peace builders, uphold positive values, and contribute to building resilient, safe, and united communities through cooperation and responsible citizenship.

Through this session, the youth were empowered to understand their important role in fostering peace, strengthening community solidarity, and becoming law-abiding citizens.

The 4Ps MAT Glan Convergence successfully conducted a Youth Development Session (YDS) on May 21, 2026 at the Barangay Pangyan Gymnasium, Glan, Sarangani Province.

The session was conducted in partnership with the Philippine National Police (PNP), with PSSg Jasmin C. Dacanay – Assistant WCPD PNCO as the resource speaker.

The discussion focused on the Anti-Child Marriage Law, emphasizing the protection of minors and the importance of preventing early and forced marriage. It also covered the Municipal Curfew Ordinance, highlighting its purpose in ensuring the safety, discipline, and security of children and youth during designated curfew hours.

The activity aims to strengthen awareness among parents and youth, promote child protection, and encourage compliance with existing laws and local ordinances for a safer and more responsible community.

United in protecting our environment and preserving our coastal ecosystems! 🌿🌊

In celebration of , the Coastal Cleanup and Mangrove Planting Activity was successfully conducted in Barangay Taluya, Glan, Sarangani under the theme “Pagbabago: A Million Trees Campaign Coastal Cleanup.”

This meaningful initiative was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the Office of the Vice President, DENR, CENRO, and DSWD–4Ps Glan, together with committed stakeholders and community members, demonstrating our shared responsibility in environmental conservation and coastal protection.

Through mangrove planting and coastal cleanup, we take collective action in safeguarding marine biodiversity, protecting endangered species, and promoting a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future for the next generations.

Together, we plant change, restore nature, and protect our environment. 🌱💚

Inaanyayahan ang lahat na tingnan ang listahan na nakapaskil sa inyong lugar—baka ikaw na ang isa sa magiging benepisyaryo ng 4Ps!

• Ang pagkakasama sa listahan bilang posibleng benepisyaryo ay hindi nangangahulugan ng awtomatikong pagkakasali sa programa.
