Luxury jewellery deserves more than a white background.
For this shoot with luxury pearl designer , the goal was to create imagery that felt cinematic, theatrical and full of atmosphere — something that reflected the craftsmanship and elegance of the jewellery itself.

Using projected light, soft shadowing, controlled backlighting and carefully staged sets, we built a series of images that feel more like film stills than traditional product photography.
The superb hair and make-up by gave 3 really elegant yet editorial looks, and the Modeling by g was a masterclass

For this jewellery campaign we wanted to create imagery that felt timeless, cinematic and artistic — using layered lighting, projection techniques, shadow play and subtle backlighting to sculpt every frame.

All designed to stop people scrolling and make the jewellery feel like art.

Most people only see the finished image…
They don’t see everything that goes into getting it there.

Every invisible mannequin shot starts long before we pick up the camera.

It’s careful steaming to remove every crease.
It’s shaping the garment so it sits exactly as it would on a real body.
It’s precise pinning, adjusting and re-adjusting until the fit feels natural.
It’s styling every fold, every seam, every detail so the piece looks its absolute best.

Then comes the photography — controlled lighting, consistent angles, and a trained eye to make sure every garment matches across a full collection.
