Food Trucks have been popping recently as the call for alfresco dining seems to be the IN thing due to the Pandemic. Blue Carrot Gourmet Eats are finding ways to adopt to the current business climate and this is one of the solutions they got. Do give them a try when you are near the Mansion here in Baguio, their Taco's are really good and are all hand made including the bread and their sauces.

The Food scene in La Trinidad is slowly expanding due to an over spill of tourist from other towns, its people now exposed to opportunities from tourism are slowly trying to cope to cover the demands for Good food and an escape from the urban centers.

7th floor Cafe and Restaurant is once such place. I was invited by the to have a taste of what this place has to offer. They have great tasting selections but my personal favorites are the homemade cakes and the coffee.

Do give them a visit and enjoy some quiet time.
