Last summer, I embarked on a journey that would become one of the most meaningful experiences of my career.
As the Hair Designer for Camp Miasma, I had the opportunity to help bring an incredible story to life alongside an immensely talented cast and crew. But beyond the work itself, this project gave me something I hadn’t experienced often before: a true sense of belonging.
For one of the first times in my career, I felt completely at home on set—able to show up as my authentic q***r self, surrounded by people who celebrated creativity, individuality, and community.
As Pride Month begins, sharing this trailer feels especially meaningful. It’s a reminder of the power of representation, the importance of safe and inclusive spaces, and the magic that can happen when people are free to be exactly who they are.
So grateful for this experience, the people I met along the way, and everyone who trusted me with the hair design for this beautiful project. 🌈✨
