❄️ Chasing wild light from icy rivers to ocean cliffs

Landscape photography has inspired me since childhood, shaping my life with nature’s rhythm and purposeful passion. As an award-winning Fine Art Landscape Photographer, I embrace extreme conditions—icy roads, dense bush paths, raging rivers, or ocean rock shelves with thunderous waves. These challenges fuel extraordinary memories, from pre-dawn solitude to my first door-off helicopter flight at 53

. Each image is handpicked to transform your walls into art—evoking emotion, transporting you to another place. My journey began with a gifted camera. Today, I call Gladstone, Queensland, home. To learn more about me and my work, please visit my website at

From my collection, this is: "Imagine That. Lake Wanaka, Wanaka, South Island, New Zealand"

Shop At: https://www.clarepagephotography.com

Securing my tripod on the fringe of the lake, with my camera literally skimming above the surface of the water, maximising the dramatic effect of the light, whilst drawing your attention to the town of Wanaka in the distance. This image was captured in perfect conditions in front of the infamous That Wanaka Tree.

Where do you spend the most time? Does the art in that room actually reflect how much time you spend there?

The spaces we use most deserve the most thought.

On my mind lately: "Tempest. Dragon’s Head, Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Australia"

Delightful. Mesa Arch, Canyonlands National Park, Utah, USA

The day before my shoot, I walked to the arch to familiarise myself with the area. I arrived in the dark, and prepared myself for the sunrise. Nothing could have prepared the group I was standing with, who were lined up tightly in a row, with tripod legs intertwined, for a sunrise that washed Mesa Arch in a glorious glow. We gathered afterwards and socialised. Memories are made of these.

Here is a question worth sitting with: what do you actually see when you walk into your own home?

Not what is there, but what do you still notice? What draws your eye?

What have you stopped seeing because it has been there so long?

"Release. Wategos Beach, Northern New South Wales, Australia" and the online art gallery is here, if you need to switch things up.
