Life is hard... but that's no reason to rest 😉

So, 2025 is behind us... all in all, a positive year for ROUGH TIMES... For a single person behind this media outlet, I think the (more or less) regular addition of content is honorable — I've tried to introduce you to bands from all over the world, which seems to be appreciated, based on the feedback I've received.
So, a big thank you to all the bands who played along and agreed to be interviewed, it's really a pleasure to try to promote you! And thank you to you, the READERS, without whom none of this would be useful :-)
Quite a few bands were added in 2025, but to be honest, there should have been more... I'm still amazed at the number of bands who, after I first contacted them and they agreed to an interview, ultimately didn't follow through and left my requests unanswered... I'm sure you have your reasons, but in that case, be honest and politely decline. My time is limited, and at least I can share it with others... There you go, that's my rant for now... Especially since I'm not asking for ANYTHING in return... No physical records, nothing... Just digital versions sometimes... Which doesn't cost you anything... I think... sad...
That being said... 2026 should be in line with 2025, with the addition of diverse and varied groups from different musical and geographical backgrounds.
At the same time, I am going to try to expand the shop a little to offer you some great goodies from the underground scene—the idea isn't to get rich, but the small profit will help cover the site's costs.
And in the near future, an announcement will be made about the evolution of ROUGH TIMES. As everything is not yet finalized, it is better to wait a little longer 😉
