A few years ago, I photographed this mother with her two daughters. I’ve known her for much longer than that..
This time, they came home to the grandparents — and I photographed them there, in the garden.
No staging, no posing. Just time together, light, movement, and small, ordinary moments.
This is the kind of photography I believe in: quiet, honest, and rooted in real life.

Some families truly grow close to my heart.
I first photographed them on their wedding day — and since then, they’ve kept coming back.
I witnessed them become parents, captured their first daughter as a newborn…
And now, I’ve had the honor of meeting and photographing their third little one. 💛
It’s deeply moving — and such a privilege — to be there for so many meaningful chapters of their lives.

There’s something profoundly quiet and powerful about witnessing the beginning of a life. The soft breaths, tiny fingers, the way light falls gently across a newborn’s skin — time slows down in these moments.

As a photographer, it’s a rare and beautiful privilege to be invited into this space — to document the calm after the storm, the stillness after the arrival, and the unspoken love that fills a room when a new soul enters the world.

These are not just photographs; they are fragments of something fleeting. In a few weeks, this little face will already look different. That’s why these first days matter so much.

Thank you to the family for allowing me to capture the delicate, honest beauty of this chapter.
