Travelling marshal (sweeper) for on Sunday, my head was in a weird place but riding keeps me feeling alive.

I Still can’t make a high vis vest look sexy tho! I feel bad covering my gear! I certainly stand out when I run out of fuel in front of everyone! 🥴

I sometimes think my depression is a result of comfortability.

It’s an odd dynamic because when I’m at my lowest I feel far from comfortable.

But we know good things grow from discomfort,

Muscles grow through discomfort

Courage grows through risk.

I’m thinking out loud! Often inspired by positive things I see on social media!

One thing I notice when I try to raise my intensity is I make small errors! My feet aren’t tight enough to the frame here! Remember speed is built from a solid foundation, keep your foundation solid.

Always great catching up for a knuckle bump with 📸 capturing the laps like always, thank you Will! I still feel so much freedom when I’m on my motorcycle! Started raising the intensity slightly on the weekend but still staying way within my comfort zone intentionally. Something could be on the horizon. Track was 🔥

rode my dirt bike for the first time (properly) in about 7 months last Saturday at one of my favourite tracks!

Work, life balance has been a little off recently so I took some time to ride!

I’ve ridden in this brand myself since 2018 and never looked back! A company run with passion, dedication and quality and who have been so good to me.

Myles is super happy with his new 120 as well and this bike has helped fire him up to ride again, after mastering the clutch and shifting his passion is stronger than ever to ride!

I have this exact same gear set so me and him will be matching at the track now! ❤️
