21/100 Somewhere in Ladakh, I asked a Buddhist monk a simple question:
“What is the most important thing in life?”
His answer wasn’t success, money, freedom, or even happiness.
He said, “Satisfaction.”
Because when you’re satisfied, the constant chase slows down.
And when the chase slows down, peace begins.

I’ve been carrying that conversation with me ever since.
Ladakh taught me many things, but this might be the one lesson I think about the most.

This Mother’s Day,sharing a small piece of the journey that shaped mine…

Some lessons don’t come from books or places. They come from watching your mother move through life, quietly, without complaint, without needing credit.
She never told me how to see the world. She just showed me, every single day.

Every road I ride, every stranger I meet, every frame I capture, all of it exists because of her.
Happy Mother’s Day, Maa ❤️

I Had Never Seen Anything Like What She Was Wearing 😍

Stories of India Series 🇮🇳 🎥20/100
It was the Apricot Blossom Festival in Darchiks — a small village tucked deep in the A***n Valley of Kargil, where the Brokpa tribe has lived for over two thousand years, largely untouched by the world outside.
She was dressed in full traditional attire. Every piece she wore had a story — the flowers woven into her headdress, the silver ornaments passed down through generations, the fabric that spoke of a culture older than most civilizations we read about in textbooks.
I stopped her. Asked if I could listen.
And she told me everything.
About what she wore. About what it meant.
This is what travel does to you — it puts you in front of a stranger and makes you realize you’ve been missing entire worlds.
Some places don’t find you on a map. They find you when you’re ready.

This isn’t Japan’s cherry blossoms,This is Ladakh’s apricot blooms 🌸❤️

Journeying through the A***n Valley in this season feels unreal. The trees are in full bloom, soft whites and pinks spread across a rugged landscape, but what stayed with me even more were the people. The Brokpa tribe and the communities here carry a way of life that feels deeply rooted, untouched, and quietly beautiful.

For me, it wasn’t just about the blossoms,it was about how everything comes together. The land, the season, and the people… all in perfect harmony.

Apricot Blossoms and Cultural Rhythms 🌸
Ladakh’s A***n Valley

Walking through the apricot blooms of A***n Valley, it didn’t feel like I was just visiting Ladakh… it felt like I was being let into something real and deep.
The way people showed up in their traditional attire, the way they welcomed me and made me feel andthe way they performed the traditional danceds,it wasn’t a performance, it was who they are.
And somewhere between filming and just being there, I realised this is why I’m doing this… travelling across India, understanding its culture, and trying to capture it as honestly as I can. 🇮🇳

Living Sangla Holi 🤍🌄
In Sangla Village, Holi isn’t just colours and music. It unfolds slowly through rituals, stories and traditions that have lived in this valley for generations. Characters walk through the narrow village streets performing age-old dances and rituals, while locals gather together sharing laughter, folk music and their traditional homemade wine.

Across the valley, people visit neighbouring villages, celebrate together at their temples, and dance in beautiful Kinnauri attire with graceful footwork that reflects their culture. What makes Sangla’s Holi special isn’t the spectacle,it’s the feeling of community, tradition and togetherness that fills the entire valley.

I arrived in Sangla for Holi Celebration, and welcomed by the most adorable little girl and her cute dance moves made my Holi start with a smile ❤️
