Behind-the-scenes and crowd pictures during the Sinulog Grand Parade 2026

The day began in calm preparation—contingents assembling, dancers being transported, props and higantes built, and enforcers securing the area.
By midday, contingents waited in position for the signal to move toward the Grand Arena in Abellana.
As the crowds grew and the energy rose, candid moments from the audience revealed another layer of Sinulog beyond the performances.

I was able to witness some of the contingents’ preparation in the first few hours of the grand parade day.
From the calm morning preparations to the overwhelming energy of the crowd, every moment felt unreal.
Seeing the dedication up close made the celebration feel deeper, louder, and more meaningful. Thank you to Henry's Cameras PH for the photowalk opportunity!
