Aditya Kapoor Photography Photographer based in India doing editorial, portraiture and reportage. His work focuses on the subject as well as the environment in which it resides.

Aditya Kapoor, graduated from the National Institute of Advertising and started his creative journey as a graphic designer. Lured by the calls from the streets, he has immersed himself in capturing the known and the unknown. He has covered a wide range of socio-political issues and undertaken reportage, portraiture and photo projects for various national and internation publications. His work has

been published in The Independent, India Today Group, Getty Images, National Geographic, Monocle, Outside magazine, Süddeutsche Zeitung, Financial Times, Mint (WSJ), Aljazeera, Tehelka magazine, and Outlook. He has also worked on commissioned assignments for Pepsi Co., Bodyshop, Cartier, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Shell, Dorling & Kindersley, Lifebuoy, United Nations agency, CARE, Star News, The Ministry of Tourism, The Minsitry of Defence and The Common Wealth Games Federation.His work has been showcased as a part of PIX Vol. 8 Recovery (group show) at the Japan Foundation, New Delhi. He has also exhibited with ‘The Blind Boys Collection-Blow Up’ in Siem Reap, Cambodia. He was also a part of the ‘India @ 100’ by Spire World group exhibition of multimedia works at the India Habitat Center. When not on assignment, Kapoor also conducts short photography workshops at Sanskriti School, New Delhi, Shri Ram School, Gurgaon and is currently volunteering as part of the festival team for the Delhi Photo Festival.

Aditya's has done assignments for various corporate clients, NGOs and publications. He has also worked with UN agencies and humanitarian aid organizations.With a keen interest in the visual medium, he has pursued a career in photography with a focus on editorial and documentary work.

Here is a film we made that is looking at changing gender norms. Asha is a motorcycle mechanic based in Indore working closely with an NGO called girls count in collaboration with Swechha that looks at training women from marginalised communities in trades that are largely dominated by men.

As always with Zishaan A Latif and Akash Gulati being the backbone of this production.
