Just the day before Christmas, my PC broke.
That machine wasn’t just hardware to me, it was where everything began.
Back in 2023, I started creating on that same PC. A friend helped me get Photoshop, and from there I began teaching myself how to edit photos and design flyers. Shortly after, I got my first camera. It was small, but it became my classroom.
With no one to teach me, YouTube tutorials became my mentors. Curiosity became my guide. I learned, experimented, failed, discovered, and grew all on my own.
That PC wasn’t built for creative work. A Core i3, 64‑bit, 1.6GHz processor - far from ideal. But on it, I created work that carried my dreams. I produced pieces I’m proud of. Masterpieces that ushered me into the next levels of my creativity.
When it finally gave up on me, something inside me broke too. My inner drive was shattered, and for a moment, I genuinely thought of quitting. I’ve never spoken about this publicly, but the silence came from pain - not lack of passion.
Still, I choose hope.
I believe in a better tomorrow. I believe in growth. I believe that this pause is not the end, it’s preparation. And I believe that one day soon, I’ll be creating again on an even better system, with an even clearer vision.
