So many reasons this was important. But how I've looked at this throughout the process - not only is it a building for the buildout of my office - but more importantly, one that my children will make some of their earliest memories in. And one of the homes they can either use or rent out for their future. Making it a great investment in our time in Delaware.

Shot taken after Trivits Landscaping cleaned and graded the backyard. Perfectly fitting, as Skip was the one who completely cleaned and graded this property to get it all started.

*Sod is coming in next followed by closing in the fence.
*Need to stain the fence.
**Concrete is just 👌🏼 absolute perfect and completely changed the dynamics of this property and we are parking on it now being week 4!
