I shot this image at Zephyr Cove on a sunny day after a big snowstorm. I wanted to capture the rays of the sun in the clouds and the texture of the snow on the granite.

I loved this float at the July 4th parade. I imagine the guy said..."Hey honey let's make a float with my old Chevy and the dog...and you just sit up there and look good!"

I will have a stop on the Tahoe Art League's Summer Art Tour this August. Getting images ready, it is very hard to narrow down but I decided I am only going to print what I love versus what I think might appeal to a wide audience. I don't do photography for money but for the feeling it gives me to share places I love and moments that make me happy! Hopefully those pictures resonate with someone else and bring them back to a road trip or a moment that made them feel the same.
