That is Ehrin our creative director. He is blending in with locals with a facekini on a beach in Qingdao, China. We were producing a project for Siemens. https://lnkd.in/gt8YfnhW He said it was part of his Creative Process. Him and client got a facekini group photos too.

EM Productions has been working and producing films and photography in China for over 15 years. We would love to talk to you about if you got a project coming up there.

Most corporate videos about financial programs are:
Functional.
Forgettable.

When GGGI's marketing manager came to us to help us fix their "boring-video" problem, we knew what to do.

So we built something different.

A five-minute Netflix-inspired documentary anchored on direct-to-camera interviews with the people who actually built the program: GGGI, Techcombank, EVN Finance, AquaOne.

When someone who spent years structuring a green bond framework looks straight into the lens and tells you what it unlocked, you believe them.

Custom motion graphics handle the data. The people handle the meaning.

We just published something new on the blog.

"Planning a Global Corporate Recruitment Video"

This one breaks down a project we produced for Yara, the Norwegian Fortune 500 company. A global HR identity campaign across 4 countries: Norway, Singapore, Malaysia, and Colombia.

The post gets into why recruitment video is different from a corporate brand film and why that matters for how you shoot it. How to get real employees comfortable on camera without scripts or teleprompters. What it actually takes to coordinate a video shoot across 4 countries and multiple time zones. The logistics nobody thinks about, like crossing borders with film equipment, drone licensing in Norway, and managing permissions at locations you don't control. And why the biggest challenge isn't equipment or travel. It's getting local teams to understand what a film production needs from them.

The project was produced in partnership with Camp Creative Agency. They led the creative concept. We handled production services in Norway, Singapore, and Malaysia, including finding crew, sourcing equipment, scouting locations, managing permits, and serving as DOP and Producer.

If your company is thinking about recruitment video, this is worth 10 minutes.

How to plan a corporate recruitment video across multiple countries. Lessons from producing Yara's global HR identity campaign across Norway, Singapore, and Malaysia.

๐ŸŽฌ We just published something we've been wanting to write for a long time.

"What to Know For Making a Factory Video in Vietnam"

๐Ÿ‘‡ Here's what it covers:

๐Ÿญ How we approach factory video differently (no cookie-cutter tours)
๐ŸŽฏ Why creative strategy before the camera rolls matters more than equipment
๐Ÿ” How to get access to an active production floor without disrupting operations
๐ŸŽฅ Why a crew of 4 with discipline beats a crew of 8 without it
๐Ÿ” Why detail beats scale every single time

๐Ÿ“ The post includes the full story of our HCI project:

A cabinetry manufacturer with two factories in Binh Duong and D**g Nai, outside Ho Chi Minh City. They took the video we made to KBIS 2026 in Orlando.

๐Ÿ‘€ 43,000+ attendees
๐Ÿ“บ Every screen at the entrance of the convention center
๐Ÿ” People stopped and watched. Some watched it multiple times.
๐Ÿ“ˆ Their strongest 3 months of sales in years
๐Ÿค New distributors approached them because the video changed how people perceived their brand

If your factory has been thinking about video, this is worth 10 minutes of your time ๐Ÿ‘‡

We just published something new on the blog.

"Planning a Hotel Video Shoot in Vietnam: A Brand Guide"

This one is the playbook we use for every luxury hotel and resort campaign we take on in Vietnam.

The post gets into why most hotel videos fail commercially, and what separates the ones that actually lift bookings. How to plan the shoot window against Vietnam's three climate zones, because the best month in Da Nang is a rained-out month in Sapa. Why flycam permits in Vietnam sit with the military, not a civilian aviation authority, and what that means for international brands planning aerial coverage. How we shoot around live guests without a single complaint reaching the GM. How casting works when you research the demographic first instead of casting on taste. And why a social-first production structure delivers more commercial value per dollar than a traditional hero-first build.

Budget tier breakdown is in there too: $20,000 to $60,000 for a focused brand film, $80,000 to $150,000 for a full social-first production that feeds a year of content from one shoot.

If your property is planning a brand film or a social campaign in 2026, this is worth 10 minutes.

Hotel video in Vietnam runs $20,000 to $150,000. What to plan before the crew arrives: regional timing, guest-aware shooting, drone permits.

Great to get a review from a client we did a video production for in Vietnam and in Phoenix, USA to promote their factory operations and USA operations. I think the best part is that they listened to our advise and let us implement it and had excellent results. I love it when clients trust that you have their best interest at heart and then see the result happen.

Just liked it. Got nothin else to say.
