Who is AJ?

Adrian John Leeds, more commonly known as AJ, is a serial entrepreneur, CEO and the Founder of AJoin Media, a full-service digital agency servicing clients across the globe.

AJ rose to prominence in the early 2010’s after establishing his career in international professional photography. Shortly after this, the continued development of his graphic and web design skills led him to a point where he was able to start his own graphic and web design agency, AJ+ Design.

Seeing the immediate success of AJ+ Design, AJ went on to found a truly independent video production agency, First Hat Productions, where he has worked with multiple clients including LAITO Media, RAINTREE Cambodia and URBANLAND Asia Investment.

AJ is also an International Professional Photographer with over 10 years worth of experience in almost all photography styles. His specialisms are Behind-The-Scenes Photography, as he simply loves to observe the working creative process of other artists, and 1-on-1 Portrait Photography, as he loves building relationships with the people he shoots in order to capture them in their most genuine and authentic moments.

As a way of simplifying the digital world for his clients, AJ founded AJoin Media, a company designed to help navigate the new digital world, catering and creating content for all demographic groups, including the ever-rising millennial category.

Some of AJ's biggest international clients include: IBM, TED (TEDx Hanoi), Toastmasters International (Hanoi Speakers Toastmasters), Shopify, AngelHack, Panasonic Cambodia, Aputure (DEITY), SEEKERS Spirits & School of Slow Media.

AJ is also breaking into becoming a venture capitalist, an international public speaker and a photographic, film, personal branding and social media workshop creator/facilitator.

With AJ's years of travelling experience, he has been able to help business' and educational institutes grow, by providing them with creative consulting advice. This has come as a result of spending time in Asia, Europe, Central and Northern America.

Recently, AJ just moved into the film industry, as an actor, with his debut role as a love interest, in a Vietnamese Romance film called Hoa hồng trên ngực trái broadcast on Vietnamese National Television.

AJ is currently the subject of daily travel and inspirational videos via Facebook/Instagram Stories and Instagram TV, highlighting what it’s like to be an owner of multiple creative businesses and public figure in today’s digital world.
