The retainer fee guarantees your session time and date. The retainer fee is applied to the session fee, but is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your session, your retainer fee can be transferred to another session date. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours before your session so that we can find a new date to reschedule for. Limit of liability. The Photographer limits any liability for the loss, damage or failure to produce photographs taken during the session. The Photographer is not responsible for injuries as well. Your session fee is due on or before the date of your session. Your session fee will cover up to 4 individuals. Additional individuals may be added for a fee of $10 per person. The session fee covers (depending on package) hours of on location session time with the Photographer. 48 hours’ notice before the session is required to reschedule a session. Orders. An ordering appointment of approximately 1.5 hours must be scheduled 2-3 weeks after your session. Viewing of your images will be available in an online gallery for approximately 10-14 days after your session. Images are ordered from the studio on receipt of payment. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of your prints from the time you place your order, and additional time for albums or custom products. Reprints. Your images will be kept on file for 6 months following your session. Please request your reprints within this one year period. A minimum reprint fee of $35 is required. Travel. I am free to travel to any destination, whether it be local, national or global. A local travel fee of $.50 per mile will be charged for travel more than 40 miles from the studio. Please contact me for more information on travel within the US or abroad. Retouching. Basic retouching is included with your session fee. Custom retouching, as
specified by the client, will be charged at an additional fee of $15 per hour. Reshoots. The need for reshoots is determined by Photographer. Reshoots will not be given because of clothing choices, make-up, hair or weather-related issues or because of failure to follow the recommendations of Photographer. The session will be rescheduled or relocated
indoors, if weather is the problem. Usage. The Photographer reserves the right to use photographs from your session for
advertising, display, website promotion, bridal shows, photographic contests, publications, or any other purposes chosen by the photographer. Payment Options. The Photographer accepts cash, and PayPal. If paying with cash, please bring the exact amount. The charges in the agreement are based upon Photographer’s standard price list in effect at the time the order is placed.
