I recently had the honor of joining Rebekah on the Resilience with Rebekah podcast, where we talked about resilience, growth with a big focus on Grief. I was able to be really vulnerable and transparent with Rebekah in hope to reach others This was such a meaningful conversation for us and I’m grateful to have been part of it. Again, with that I’m hoping our conversation can help others get back up and at em or help find the resources needed like Grief with Hope and other organizations in the community.
