Tuesday evening, Muncie Camera Club recognized the five photographers who combined to take second place in the club division of the Indiana State Fair.

Looking for an incredible photo opportunity?

The fields are bursting with blooming sunflowers.

The fields are located in Madison county north of Anderson and south of Alexandria at the intersection of Adams Rd (also known as 128, W. McGalliard, or 800 N) and Co Rd N 200 W. See the map in the photos.

Once there, if drive south past the first field to the first left to the east to find two additional fields. All in full bloom.

Congratulations to members of Muncie Camera Club for their outstanding results in the 2026 Indiana State Fair Photography Print Competition.

In total 11 club members submitted 47 images to be judged with 20 honors awarded.

Dave Dickinson and Barbara Grimball both received First Place Awards. Way to go Dave and Barb!!!

Dave Dickinson and Marvin Groves both received Judge's Choice Awards. Way to go Dave and Marvin!!!

Marvin Groves scored second in the Top 10 Highest Scores for the event! Congratulations, Marvin.

Muncie Camera Club placed second in the camera club division!

Call for Entry is open for the Indiana Wildlife Artist 43rd Annual Fine Art Exhibit.

The exhibit is a juried show and competition which displays at Minnetrista.

Deadline for Entries: July 23
Exhibition Dates: August 23-October 11, 2026

The entry fee includes an Exhibiting Artist membership.

Muncie Camera Club moved to MADJAX earlier this year and we love the space.
