✨ NEWLY ADDED TO THE WEBSITE: HEIRLOOM PRINTS ✨

Your photographs deserve to live somewhere other than your phone.

Did you have a session with me? Let’s get those images off your electronics and into your home ~ framed on your walls, displayed on your tables, and enjoyed every single day, exactly where they were meant to live. 🤍

I’ve officially added: Heirloom Prints to my website, where you can explore print sizes, options, and pricing.

Because someday, these won’t just be photographs.
They’ll be pieces of your family’s story.

Senior year deserves to be remembered. 🤍

Tonight’s senior session was such a beautiful one. From the soft beach grass and coastal scenery to the shoreline as the evening light faded, we had so much variety and so many gorgeous moments to choose from.

One of my favorite things about senior sessions is creating photographs that feel like you. Not stiff or overly posed, but a mix of beautiful portraits, movement, personality, and all of those little in-between moments that make each gallery completely unique.

And this session gave us SO much. ✨

Here are a few favorites from tonight’s session, and somehow narrowing it down to just a “few” sneak peeks was nearly impossible. 🤍

Senior year goes by incredibly fast. These photographs get to hold onto a little piece of who you were right here, at the beginning of everything that comes next.

I have a few senior session spots remaining this fall! Don’t miss out on gorgeous senior pictures! Book today. ❤️🫶🏼

There are some sessions that remind me exactly why I love what I do. ❤️

I spent the most beautiful evening with Laura and her family last night, exploring the rocks, walking along the beach, splashing through the water, laughing, playing, and soaking up the last bit of summer together.

At the end of the night, their sweet little guy even invited me to come back to their house with them...which may just be one of the greatest compliments I've ever received from one of my littlest clients. 😂❤️

And then today Laura sent me a message telling me that they had all agreed it was the best photo session they've ever had.
THAT. That is what I want a family photography session to be.
Of course I want to create beautiful photographs for you. I want the gorgeous light, the beautiful Maine coastline, the portraits you'll frame and hang on your walls. But I also want your children to have fun. I want you to laugh together. I want you to forget for a little while that you're having your pictures taken and simply enjoy being together.

Because someday these photographs won't just show you what everyone looked like. They'll bring you right back to what this season of your family felt like.

Laura, thank you for trusting me with your family and for allowing me to capture a little piece of your story. I had the BEST time with all of you. ❤️

There is something so special about a family who shows up, trusts the process, and is willing to just go with me. 🤍

Tonight was one of those sessions.

We started while the evening was still bright, starting at the gazebo, then we tucked ourselves among the rocks and waited for the light to soften. Then, as the sun dropped, we moved down to the water and everything just kept getting better. Bare feet, wet dresses, running through the waves, lots of laughter, beautiful reflections, and eventually the most incredible pink and peach sky.

This family trusted every suggestion I made, start to finish. They let the kids PLAY, and gave me the freedom to follow the light and these are the sessions that always end up being some of my very favorites.

But one of my favorite moments of the entire night didn't even happen through my camera. One of the girls stopped during the session to tell me that I was really good at taking photos. 🥹 Then, when we were finished, she asked if I wanted to come get ice cream with them. 😂❤️

I think that might be one of the sweetest reviews I've ever received.

These are only a handful of their sneak previews, but I already love how much life there is in them. Three generations together. Sisters running barefoot down the beach. Grandparents playing in the waves. A baby giggling from Dad's shoulders. Quiet little connections in between. And a Maine summer evening that gave us one heck of a finale. 🌊🌅

Thank you, Sarah and family, for trusting me with your memories and for making tonight so much fun. I hope these photographs always bring you right back to this night. 🤍

She had absolutely no idea. 💍🤍

Even with me standing right there in plain sight with my camera, this proposal remained a complete surprise.

Afterward, Nakita told me that when she first saw me, she assumed I was simply there photographing the landscape. And as she looked out at Nubble, she actually found herself thinking about what a beautiful place it would be to get engaged and how she wished she were getting engaged there someday.

Little did she know… I was there for her. 🥹

Just moments later, Ryan was down on one knee, with Nubble behind them, asking her to spend forever with him.

There is something so special about knowing what is about to happen while the person you're photographing has absolutely no idea. And hearing afterward what had been going through her mind made this surprise even sweeter.

Congratulations, Ryan & Nakita! 🤍
It was such a privilege to capture not only the moment she said yes, but everything that came afterward: the shock, the laughter, the hugs, the happy tears, and all those first few moments of realizing they were officially engaged.

What a beautiful place for the beginning of their next chapter. 💍

Another family I would gladly join if I ever had to pick a new one. 🤍
These two are getting ready to head off to college, and you can see just how incredibly proud Mom and Dad are of the young adults they’ve raised. And underneath all that pride is the part every parent knows too well… wishing we could somehow slow it all down and hold onto them just a little bit longer.

I loved talking with Mom about exactly that. How impossibly fast they grow up, how one minute they’re little and need you for everything, and then somehow you’re standing beside them as they get ready to begin an entirely new chapter of their lives.
And Dad, thank you for all of the diving suggestions! I’m absolutely keeping those in mind. 😊

This entire family was just so genuinely kind, easygoing, and wonderful to spend the evening with. We walked, talked, laughed, climbed around the rocks, got our feet wet, and ended the night with the most beautiful colors over Ogunquit.

To these two seniors: you have so much ahead of you. And to Mom and Dad: you have every reason in the world to be proud.

Thank you for trusting me to capture this little piece of your family’s story before everything begins to change. 🤍

Cheers to 60 years! 🥂
What better reason to gather the family together than celebrating two 60th birthdays?! ❤️

I had such a wonderful evening with this family, capturing not only this milestone for Jackie and Randy, but the family and relationships they've built along the way.

We started among the beautiful greenery, made our way down to the beach, laughed, walked barefoot along the water, and of course, we had to finish the evening with a little champagne to celebrate. 🍾

Because milestone birthdays aren't just about another year. They're about the life you've lived, the people you love, and the memories you've created together.
Happy 60th birthday to both Jackie and Randy! Here's to 60 years of life, family, laughter, and so many memories still to come. ❤️

Some weddings stay with you a little differently. Tonight was one of those. ❤️

Tonight, beneath the beautiful Nubble Lighthouse, I had the incredible honor of photographing the beginning of a new chapter for someone whose story has crossed paths with mine for many years.

Long before I was standing behind a camera photographing her wedding day, she was a girl who sat in front of me on the school bus.

Over the years, life brought our paths together again through some of the happiest moments and some of the hardest. I have witnessed pieces of her story that have carried tremendous love, unimaginable loss, strength, family, and resilience. I have photographed milestones within her family, watched chapters close, and tonight, I was given the privilege of documenting a beautiful new one.

And what a chapter it is. ❤️

Tonight, she married a wonderful man and, with him, gained two beautiful little girls. The four of them stood together by the ocean and became a family, surrounded by the rugged Maine coast and one of the most iconic places we are lucky enough to call home.

There was something incredibly special about looking through my camera tonight and seeing her there. After everything life has held, there was love. There was laughter. There were two little girls beside them. There was a new beginning.

And there were reminders that the people we love never truly leave the stories we continue to write. ❤️

This is why photographs mean so much to me.

They aren't simply pictures of what someone looked like on a particular day. They become pieces of our stories. They hold the people we love, the seasons we've survived, the beginnings we never knew were waiting for us, and the moments we someday realize meant everything.

Congratulations to this beautiful new family. Thank you for trusting me to preserve such an incredibly meaningful evening.

May this chapter be filled with so much love, light, and happiness. ❤️

Sneak Previews ✨

Another incredibly sweet family that was such a joy to photograph. ❤️

These two stayed up a little past bedtime, and they did an amazing job. Golden hour may mean one late night out of the year, but the soft light and the memories we captured are so worth it.

Thank you for trusting me with your family's memories. I loved spending the evening with you all, and I can't wait to share the rest of your gallery!

The sweetest family all the way from Minnesota came to spend time on the beautiful coast of Maine, and I had the privilege of celebrating one very special little girl. 🤍

Happy first birthday, Harper! We celebrated with balloons, cake, tiny sandy toes, lots of giggles, and a splash in the ocean. Mother Nature certainly kept us on our toes with sunshine, clouds, and even a sudden downpour, but somehow it all came together perfectly. Sometimes the best memories are made when things don't go exactly as planned.

Thank you for trusting me to capture this special season of your lives. I hope these photographs always remind you of the joy, laughter, and love you shared together on the beach as you celebrated Harper turning one.

Wishing your beautiful family safe travels back to Minnesota and many more wonderful adventures together. Happy Birthday, Harper! 🎂🩷
