Baby’s First Year Photography Agreement dated January 3rd, 2012
Between Photographer: Jen Russell
And:
Client Name(s): CLIENTS NAMES
Jen Russell will capture your family’s memories at the following milestones:
50% off a maternity session – optional
2 hour newborn session - $100
1 hour 3 month session - $75
1 hour 6 month session - $75
1 hour 9 month session - $75
1 hour 1 year session - $50
1 hour 1st birthday party coverage - $50
*Sessions may be scheduled during other months, but must be completed within 14 months of child’s birth*
*Client will pay to Jen Russell a total price of $400+ maternity session if paying ahead.
*Client will pay to Jen Russell a total price of $425+ maternity session in installments listed above if using the payment plan.
*The above price includes the following:
*Coverage of all milestones above, as agreed upon by Jen Russell & Client
*Basic editing of photos including cropping, sharpening, and tinting.
*Photos uploaded to your own Photo Album on Facebook.
*A DVD of session images, including edited images.
*A print release to use images for personal and print use.
*Additional editing services may be purchased at the current rate listed on the website, www.JenRussellPhotography.com
*Additional time coverage may be added to the session, permitting Jen is not previously scheduled to be somewhere else, at the price of $25 per 15 minutes.
*Client agrees to fulfill all sessions outlined above, whether paying in advance, or per session.
*If “pay ahead” client chooses to stop using Jen before completing all sessions, unused session fees will not be refunded, but can be used toward creation fees from prior sessions.
*If “payment plan” client chooses to stop using Jen before completing all sessions, all discounts applied to previous sessions will become due. Maternity – 50%, Newborn - $100, 3/6/9 - $25 each, 1 year - $50.
