✨ Important Booking Policy Update ✨
To my amazing clients,
First, thank you for your continued support of my small business. Whether you’ve booked with me once or have trusted me to capture your family’s memories for years, I truly appreciate every single one of you.
As my schedule continues to fill more quickly, I’ve made the decision to update my booking policies beginning this month. These changes will help me better manage my calendar, reduce last-minute cancellations, and ensure that session dates are reserved for clients who are ready to commit.
Effective June 1st, a 50% non-refundable retainer will be required for all session bookings. Once your session is booked, the retainer must be paid within 24 hours to officially secure your date and time. If payment is not received within that timeframe, the session will be removed from my calendar and the spot may be offered to another client.
The remaining balance will continue to be due prior to or on the day of your session, depending on your session type.
Please understand that when I reserve a date for a client, I often turn away other inquiries for that same time slot. The retainer helps protect my business and allows me to continue providing the best experience possible for all of my clients.
I understand that changes can sometimes be an adjustment, and I truly appreciate your understanding and support. My goal is always to provide a seamless, professional experience while capturing the moments that mean the most to you.
