Drone photography and videography is a great way to showcase a property.

Not only does a drone photo or video draw more attention to a property, but it also showcases the land around it!

Here are two tips to follow when choosing a professional drone operator:

1.) Make sure they’re commercially certified with the FAA. If they’re not, not only is that illegal, but it can cause a lot of problems on your end.

2.) Make sure they have insurance that will cover an accident made by a UAV (drone). The last thing you want to do is be paying for damage caused by your pilot.
