This image? My lens was zoomed all the way out. I was sitting against the arena fence just 2–3 feet from horses flying by to capture the action from a perspective you simply can't get from the stands.

NEECA Cash Gymkhana is this Sunday!

I’ll be at The New England Equestrian Center of Athol capturing all the action throughout the day.

If you’d like photos of your runs, be sure to purchase a photo package before or during the event. Editing Update

I wanted to give everyone a quick update regarding current gallery deliveries.

Unfortunately, I'm experiencing an unexpected issue with Adobe Lightroom that has temporarily slowed my editing workflow. I'm actively working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

If you've already purchased a horse show photo package, please know your gallery is still a priority and I'm working hard to get everything completed and delivered as soon as I can.

I truly appreciate your patience and understanding while I work through this technical issue. Thank you for your continued support of my small business—it means more than you know.

The Cheshire Fair Horse Show images are officially imported!

On Sunday, June 28th, I captured well over 6,400 images, and every single one has now been imported, backed up, and is ready for the culling and editing process.

The next step is sorting through thousands of photos to select the strongest images from each rider before editing begins. It takes time, but I want to make sure every gallery reflects the quality you expect from Emerald Sage Photography.

Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Mark Grinkis! 🤍

On June 13th, I had the privilege of photographing Mark and Judy's intimate elopement at the beautiful Deerfield Inn. It was one of those perfect New England days filled with sunshine, laughter, and the kind of moments that remind you what weddings are truly about.

Thank you both for trusting me to document such an important chapter in your lives. It was a joy getting to know you, sharing so many laughs throughout the day, and capturing memories that I hope you'll cherish for years to come.

After a lot of thought, I've decided to photograph the Cheshire Fair Horse Show Series on June 28th.

Thank you to everyone who voted and shared your opinions. I truly appreciate all of the support—it definitely wasn't an easy decision, as I love photographing both Cheshire and NEECA Gymkhana.

To my NEECA riders, I'll see you at the NEECA Cash Gymkhana on July 19th! I can't wait to be back and capture another great day with everyone.
