Photographing the Pleasure Island Volleyball championship for older girls was a true pleasure. The girls showcased remarkable skills and sportsmanship, and their enthusiasm for the game was thrilling to witness. For some of the girls, it was their last night competing in this league as they graduated and will soon be heading off to college. I would like to express my appreciation to the parents of this league for allowing me to photograph your girls; Ben and Tyler for inviting me to be a part of this enjoyable experience and everyone behind the scenes as well.

I collaborated with Ocean Cure again and this time they were working with the Wounded Warriors project!! This group was all veterans. They were a great group that displayed enthusiasm and willingness to learn to surf. This was a great opportunity to catch their true enthusiasm and enjoyment of the surfing experience. This was an interesting group to photograph, I had fun capturing their personalities on the waves.

Over the past few weeks, I have worked closely with Ocean Cure, a nonprofit organization that offers surfing instruction to individuals with disabilities and others. On Wednesday, July 15, I was asked to photograph active military members surfing for the first time. This was a dynamic group with a positive attitude who were eager to have a good time. I enjoyed capturing these photographs and the happiness they brought. I am excited about future projects. Ocean Cure special thanks to Ben Shaw for introducing me to this great opportunity.

I have recently had the opportunity to photograph a girls' beach volleyball league, and it has been a highly enjoyable experience. The girls' energy is characterized by positivity, good sportsmanship, and a lighthearted attitude. This program has been a valuable part of my journey, and I am pleased to be a part of documenting the experience for these young women. They display a strong sense of camaraderie, encouragement, and mutual support, making this a highly rewarding activity to be a part of.
