In honor of Earth Day, I thought I’d step out of my comfort zone and share some landscapes I’m really proud of.

For the longest time, I struggled with comparing my work to others, and it kept me from sharing pieces that meant something to me.

But I’ve learned something powerful… comparison is the thief of all joy.

Being out in nature, surrounded by surreal landscapes, is my passion and a huge part of why I even started photography in the first place.

So here’s a little piece of our beautiful Mother Gaia, through my eyes.

There’s something really powerful about being in someone’s space and witnessing them do what they love so unapologetically.

Shooting with Kari was such an honor. Getting to capture the essence of a woman who pours so much into her passions, who shows up fully, and who refuses to give up is inspiring in the best kind of way.

There’s something about a strong, independent, powerful woman that will always light a fire in me. It reminds me how badass women are, how capable we are, and how much beauty there is in simply showing up as yourself and chasing what sets your soul on fire.

I hope when you scroll through these, you feel even a fraction of that energy.

This is why I love what I do. Capturing women in their power, in their element, exactly as they are. 🤍

I’ve been waiting patiently to share these photos, and this evening truly has to be one of my favorites ever.

Lyndzy and David brought the best energy. So kind, full of laughter, and glowing with so much light. The smiles were raw and candid, and their sweet pup basically modeled for me the entire time.

Shoots like this remind me why I love what I do. Connecting with new friends, capturing the little in between moments, and driving home with the biggest smile on my face 🤍
