A little Kansas wedding-day magic from earlier this summer 🤍

I had the sweetest time second shooting this day alongside my bonus daughter, Lexi who was the lead photographer. Getting to spend the day together doing something we both love was such a gift.

And then there was this couple… absolute DREAM clients. The kind of wedding photography that reminds me how much I love getting to witness people celebrate exactly who they are.

Their day was full of personality, joy, and so much love, and I was pretty happy to have a front-row seat to it all. 🤍

So grateful I got to be part of this one.

Gallery delivery day for this beautiful 2027 Wellington High School senior! 🌻🤍

Lucinda’s summer session at Red Barn Acres in Peck, Kansas was SO good. Sunflowers, tall grass, golden fields, a vintage truck, and the prettiest sunset!

I just love getting to capture seniors like this in a way that feels like them and gives them memories to look back on for years to come. 🩵

Not just the perfectly posed picture, but the way Dad looks at Mom. The little hands you never want to forget. The belly laughs. The way your babies fit into your arms right now. The grown kids who somehow aren’t so little anymore. And all the people who make your family yours.

River City’s holiday extravaganza, Miracle on Mosley Street, is coming up soon and we are looking for some seasonal staff to help us blanket Old Town Wichita with holiday cheer! 🎄

These temporary positions will run through December 31st, with Servers + Bartenders beginning training in mid-October and Hosts + Food Runners + Barbacks beginning training around November 26th.

Meet Valerie ❤️

Valerie is a junior at Trinity Academy in Wichita, Kansas, and she’s preparing for her first pageant! The 45th Annual Wichita Asian Festival & Miss Wichita Asian Festival Pageant! 👑

For her portraits, Valerie wore a beautiful traditional red and gold hanfu, and we spent the afternoon photographing her in the Chinese Garden of Friendship at Botanica Wichita.

The combination of her traditional clothing, the beautiful garden, and this exciting season she’s stepping into made this Wichita portrait session so special. ❤️

There’s something so meaningful about capturing a young woman celebrating her heritage while also stepping confidently into something new. These are the portraits I love most—images that tell a story about who someone is and the season of life they’re stepping into.

Emma’s senior session was every bit as sweet as she is. 🩵

This girl has the kindest presence, the most beautiful smile, and was such a joy to photograph. We spent the morning exploring the gardens, soaking up that gorgeous morning light, and capturing this really special season of her life.

Emma is a 2027 senior at Trinity Academy in Wichita, Kansas, and I have a feeling her senior year is going to be such a good one. ✨

Wichita senior photography and garden senior portraits will always have my heart, but getting to photograph a senior who is genuinely this sweet? That’s the very best part.
