I can’t believe the time has actually come, but I’m officially all booked out for my remaining time here in Texas! 🥹🤍

It’s slowly starting to dawn on me that our time here is coming to a close. At one point, it felt like we had so much time left, and now I’m looking at a calendar full of my final Texas sessions.

I’m so incredibly grateful for every single person who has trusted me to capture their special memories over the last couple of years. Every family, couple, senior, newborn, and wedding has played a part in helping me grow into the photographer I am today.

Texas and all of the amazing people I’ve had the opportunity to photograph here will always hold such a special place in my heart because this is where it all began. 🤍

I still have some amazing sessions coming up before we leave, and I can’t wait to soak in every last one. But for now, my Texas books are officially CLOSED. 🥹

Texas friends, my calendar is almost FULL!

October is officially my last month taking sessions in Texas before our move to Kansas, and I only have 2 weekend openings left!

I’m also considering opening up a few Fridays for sessions, so if weekends don’t work for you, feel free to reach out!

If you’ve been wanting to get on my calendar one last time before we move, now is the time! Once October is booked, I’ll officially be closing my Texas calendar.

We’re officially about 2 months out from our move to Kansas! 📦 With moving getting closer, I’ll be splitting my weekdays between editing and packing up our home.

Because of that, my response time may be a little slower than usual over the next couple of months. I’m so excited for all of the sessions I have coming up and can’t wait to see everyone before we head to Kansas! 🤍

Hi everyone! 🌿

I thought I’d do a little updated “about me” since I’ve gained some new friends from Kansas recently!

So hey hey! I’m Alex, the face behind Alex Lipsey Photography! 📸
I’ve been photographing professionally for about two years now, and during that time I’ve gotten to meet some truly amazing people here in Texas. Weddings, couples, seniors, and families are some of my absolute favorites, but I photograph a little bit of everything!

I was born and raised in Northern California, but military life brought our family to Wichita Falls, Texas, and soon it’ll be taking us to Wichita, Kansas! I’ve been part of the military life for about 9 years now!

Speaking of him, I met my husband in high school and we’ll be married for 9 years this coming February! We have two sweet kiddos, a cat, and a dog, so our house is rarely ever quiet. 😂

When I’m not photographing or editing, I’m usually holding down the fort as a stay at home mom. Outside of mom life, I love coffee, reading, baking sourdough, traveling, and being outside, as long as it’s not 100° in Texas🫣. I’m a California girl at heart and will forever miss the mountains, vineyards, and weather back home.

More than anything, I really love getting to know people and capturing the seasons of life they’re in. That’s probably my favorite part of what I do.

So if you’re new here, welcome! 🤍 I’m SO excited for this next chapter in Kansas and can’t wait to start meeting and photographing some new faces!
