Brooke County, WV Fire Station 20

[5/30/26 - Saturday ]

Overnight Bethany Volunteers were dispatched with West Liberty for a Structure Fire in the Clinton area of Ohio County. Engine 20’s Crew assisted with extinguishment and overhaul of a medium sized outbuilding. Also on scene was Triadelphia and Windsor Heights VFD along with Ohio County EMS

From WV Fire Buffs: Station 20 is a premiere volunteer fire department in Brooke County. It does lots of mutual aid in Ohio County with their Engine, Tankers, Rescue SUV Engine and 100' Aerial Ladder Truck company.

Station 20 is at the southern portion of Brooke County, just a few miles North of the Northern tip of Ohio County in West Liberty, WV.
Oglebay Park is 11 miles South of Station 20, but their response time isn't too long when there's a structure fire or emergency.

Asst. Chief Corey Mitchell is the main fire chief on the frontline, who responds with his members to fight fires and perform rescues.
