The Photography Loft The Photography Loft, a space for photographers to learn, create and grow. Hello I’m Kyla. I’ve been a photographer for over 10 years now.

Thinking about my own photography journey I have a passion for helping other photographers achieve their dreams and goals. I started out just like you, with a camera and a dream. I always thought of photography as our only way to time travel. Through a photo we are able to go back to a moment, a memory, a time that may have once be forgotten. I just didn’t know where to start but I had the will to

learn, to work and an incredible community of photographers who were eager to help. I attribute a lot of my success to the photographers who came along side me to help guide and give me the space to learn and grow. That’s what I want to be for you! I want to be a stepping stone by providing you the space to be creative, the props to help bring you vision to reality and the studio to help step up your game and be the best photographer you know you can.

What’s your “Why Statement”?

I’ll go first!
When I first started photography over 8 years ago, I didn’t know where to start! I was a girl with a camera and a dream! I had always loved photography. There’s something about holding a photograph and returning to a time you’d otherwise forgotten if it weren’t for that little time machine you had in your hand.
I studied all my settings, different printing companies, photoshop and started model calls but I was still along way from offering my skills to the public. It was hard to get started. But I had three really good photographers friends who all taught me different things about photography and the photography business.
Fast forward to now, and I’m proud of my little business and what I’ve made it. I’m always growing and learning but I want to give back to the photography community and help those around me. I wanted to create a space for photographers of all stages to go to and create! I want to create a space where there are no silly questions and no judgments on where you are in your photography journey.
We want to welcome you to The Photography Loft and hope that it’s a place you can call your studio!
