I’ve been thinking a lot about the kinds of photographs I want to create.
Not just the big moments.
The conversations happening in the kitchen with your pup just outside.
A moment shared in prayer with the person you marry tomorrow.
Making flower arrangements with your girls the night before you say, “I do.”
Catching your brothers playing guitar in your room, surrounded by all of your stuffed animals, of course.
The hugs no one realized were being watched.
Because years from now, I don’t think we’ll miss the perfectly posed photographs nearly as much as we’ll miss the memories we made in the moments we thought no one saw.
