'Avril Lavigne' 10x15" Colored pencil finished 11.20. In 2024, I had a brilliant idea (imo) on how to reframe this drawing. I used an old destroyed drawing board and a loose sheet of glass. I love the juxtaposition of her traditional beauty on the chaotic messy background. Something I think she would like irl.
This is one of few realistic portraits I've drawn. I don't understand the appeal of such a straight boring image. I drew her as practice.

One of my absolute favorite Halloween's was 2017(or 16) when I went to NYC. I spent the night walking the city doing street photography. While there were lots of fun shots, this quick flyby of Jesus on the cross, on a monowheel, is probably one of the best things I've ever seen in my life.

Pt.2 of my fav shots from Pioneer Ska fest!! Notably absent from all my shots & . I had to get food and lie down for a set or I was gonna die. 😵 I WILL get shots in the future. 🤞

Pt.1 of my fav shots from the Pioneer Valley Ska fest II this summer!! Such an amazing time!! Love me some ska. These weird multi exposures, done in camera, look so much better large. I'm planning on a gallery show of my best shots some day soon.

'Post Malone' 20x30 acrylic pointillism.
Pointillism done by rubber stamps, all various music notes. I chose Post specifically for his face tats and grill. I was curious how I would do them. I decided that, normally all the stamps/notes are on the same plane/level, but for the tattoos I would creatively rotate and 'misalign' the stamps so they would standout. I think it came out good. His grill is actually silver and shiny too.

Five years ago I made this gift for my sister. A fun experimental piece. Watercolor, pastel and colored pencil. I had fun with the colors, but have a few regrets. Especially the Goldies heart eyes, are too aggressively pink.

Bella's Bartok show back in April . Always a good time! Some of my best shots too, especially of the openers. I started experimenting more with rotating the multi exposures. As always, all these shots are done in camera. No Photoshop. Ain't no time for that.

The Planet Smashers!!! I rushed all the way from Worcester but missed 😭😭 I still got some amazing shots of and planet smashers. It was a rather strange venue but made for new experiments of shooting "mirrored" images. The first shot is not actually mirrored, but two shots, one is upside down.

'Punk Jacket' mens 402 blazer, embroidery, studs, buttons
A one-off project for me. I had an idea, no skills in the medium, yet a full year later, a finished piece. The jacket is covered in 128 hand stitched musicians/bands, mostly millennial punk and ska, but also a variety of historically important and a few local bands. It of course charts my personal music influences, but hopefully appeals to any of my ilk. Avril is in gold because she is my #1. ❤️ One detail people have missed, are the custom lyre buttons from Germany. The back patch is from
