Just wrapped up a shoot for a brand-new short-term rental in the Bates-Hendricks area, and this one stood out in a good way.

The renovation was thoughtfully done, the staging felt intentional, and everything photographed clean and cohesive — which isn’t always the case with fresh flips. This space had a great balance of modern updates while still feeling warm and livable.

Always fun getting to capture projects where you can tell care was taken in the design and finish choices. Looking forward to seeing this one go live.
