Since getting cyclospora I have lost 15 almost 20 pounds. I wanted to lose a little weight but this is not how I wanted to lose the weight. I struggle with my own body image and also do not want to find myself being anorexic ever again so the worry is there for losing too much weight.
I am struggling finding things that actually fit right now and all my shirts look a bit baggier than usual. I can see it in my face even with the weight that's been lost.

I looked in the mirror and I had this notion I really didn't feel like I recognized myself and feel like myself.

I have been telling people over 3 weeks of this to realize it's been over a month. It didn't dawn on me until I was talking to a few people last night and I was like oh wow.

I try not to be an overly self conscious person. I really am right now.

Be patient with me and handle me with slight care.

Thank you for all your patience, your thoughts, your kindness. I appreciate you all more than I can really express. Thank you for all the hugs at music in the park. This is one of my more real posts. We will get back to regular photo sharing very soon.

After almost 3 and 1/2 weeks of pure not being able to eat much, fevers on and off, and other gross symptoms of the Parasite you get from lettuce and fruit I think I've recovered. That was not fun by any means and it made it so I missed more than I wanted to. Here is to watching what I eat from now on and reading labels.
I sincerely apologize for missing anything or having to reschedule during this time.
Not exactly what I wanted to do. Thank you all for your understanding.

Now time to get back out there, catch up on photos and get to a couple events.

I do travel. I have traveled across the state for photos. I have traveled to other states. I have a destination wedding next year.


I have worked with over 200 K9 units across Wisconsin. I have donated my time to all of them. I have gotten a few goodies along the way and collected a few K9 stuffed plushies that have a special space in my home.
