People don’t want to be constantly reminded of what they’re doing wrong. They want to feel understood. They want someone who sees where they are, recognizes what’s working, and can help them get to the next step.
Your marketing should make people think:
“They get me.”
“They understand what I’m experiencing.”
“I trust them to help.”
Instead of making your audience feel like the pain point, position the problem as something you’re solving together.
Empathy builds trust.
Trust builds relationships.
And relationships build businesses.
You don’t need to shame people into buying from you. The right people will choose you because they feel seen, not because they feel bad.
