Cake smash photos hold so much emotion… one year later and the baby days already feel so far away. These are the moments you want to freeze in time. The photos that will make you cry when you look back on them. The days you will miss as they grow bigger. And let’s be honest… it doesn’t get much cuter than tiny fingers covered in frosting and smiling through baby teeth🥹

This baby girl cried almost the whole time. But she has the cutest frown I’ve ever seen. And we did not need more than a couple seconds of her being content to capture their little family🫶🏻
I remember being a first time Mom. And I know how chaotic pictures feel when things don’t go right. But I look back on pictures now and realize that I love those frown pictures! And the pictures (or moments in life) when things don’t go right make for some pretty fun stories🫠
We take what we get. And whether that’s frowns, smiles, tears, or giggles… it will capture who they are in this moment. That’s always something worth remembering✨
