Hello!

It's been a long time since I have been on here, and I wanted to give you all an update on some things.

A few things led to me taking some time off and changing the name from Going to the Sun Photography to just my name.

1. The gallery in Whitefish that displayed a full wall of my photos shut down after the owner retired and sold the business.
2. My lens that I use constantly on my hikes busted on a climb.
3. COVID happened and the cost to print out these lovely photos nearly tripled in cost.
4. I hike to get away and just refresh. During my hikes/climbs, I found myself constantly looking for that next great shot, instead of just enjoying the moment. I do this as a hobby, and not a job. It was starting to feel like a job.

I am slowly getting myself back out there, with the same great natural photos (I am still not using Photoshop or Lightroom). I recently got some of my photos up at the new SKALD Coffee just south of the airport. IF you know of a gallery that would be happy to display a few of my photos, please let me know.

I'll be taking the next few months uploading some content on here, so bear with me.

Thanks to each and every one of you who voted and support me and my hobby...that is turning into a full time job it seems like.
Christmas is coming up and a photo on a wall seems like a great gift for that person you have no idea what to get :D

Ever since I moved here I've heard that the view on the summit of Mount Gould is the best in the park. Finally, after 6 years and right 50 peaks, I was able to see if everyone was right. And by golly they were!

This is a first for me...20" x 30" canvas print with frame of Lower Grinnell Lake with Mount Gould and Angel Wing in distance.

Looking to sell these 2 panoramic metal photos! Each is 14" x 40" and they must go so I can buy some new ones :)
