A camera does no justice to the magnificence of this mighty country. Eyes filled like a belly after a good meal, are unable to bring it all in. Herds of people and automobiles make viewing funneled. A black bear, mountain goats and a Grizzly were the only four leggers I witnessed. Started a McDonalds lake, then stayed the night a 'Many Glaciers'. A beautiful sunrise with bird song.

I wondered how far I would have to drive to find a blue sky as I finished loading my truck before work. I wasn't sure where I was going. While driving that evening, I told myself I would drive until I saw a star. Within an hour I found that star, pulled over and slept until day break. I did this for three mornings. Waking in a different place. The days brought the pressure change hugging the valleys blanketed with smoke. That's when I would wonder to my next destination.

This week will be remember as the colorful one. Sunrises and Sunsets, snow capped mountains visible all night long with the full moon filling the sky. Spectacular East to West.

As I click the camera one more time I wonder to myself 'just how many times can you take a picture of the same subject and still feel compelled to take 'just one more' ?'
The variables are tremendous here from the drastic difference in the shadowed Selway as the Winter's morning sun touches the mountain in that particular place, in that particular way that make each viewing a unique experience. So, click away I shall,l knowing it will not be as it is today tomorrow.
