PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN MODELING.
The rules, guidelines, deadlines, and communication requirements are extremely important. This is a coordinated content day involving multiple photographers, models, a paid venue, props, smoke effects, and very specifically styled concepts.
📍 The Old Oaks Venue — Rosepine, LA

🎃 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
1. COUPLE | DARK ROMANCE PUMPKIN HEADS 🖤🎃
Looking for a couple for our dark, romantic pumpkin-head concept.
Girl: Dress, overalls, shorts, or white tee + shorts, knee-high socks, Mary Jane-style shoes.
Guy: Dark, casual, slightly spooky — button-up, suspenders, dark jeans/trousers, boots, etc.
🎃 Both models will need the specific pumpkin-head masks we provide links for.
2. PREGNANT MODEL | MOTHER MORTICIA 🖤🥀
Looking for a pregnant mama 28+ weeks for a dramatic, gothic Mother Morticia-inspired concept.
🖤 Black dress
🖤 Long black veil
🖤 Black cowgirl hat optional
🖤 Dark, dramatic, gothic aesthetic
💜 Purple smoke will be incorporated — smoke bombs provided by us.
3. THREE BESTIES | THE WITCHES 🧙♀️🕯️
Looking for 3 best friends who want to create a spooky witch-inspired concept together!
Think:
🖤 Black/dark dresses or skirts
🖤 Corsets or fitted tops
🖤 Lace, velvet, or flowy fabrics
🖤 Boots
🖤 Witch hats/spooky accessories
🖤 Layered jewelry
🖤 Dark, earthy tones
Each girl can have her own look — you do not have to match!
💚 Green smoke will be incorporated — smoke bombs provided by us.
🚨 IMPORTANT — CONTRACT & COMMUNICATION 🚨
📋 CONTRACT DEADLINE — 24 HOURS
Once we send you a model contract, you will have 24 HOURS to review and sign it.
We cannot wait multiple days for contracts when we have a limited amount of time to prepare and other models interested in the same spot.
If we do not receive your signed contract within 24 hours, the spot will be offered to the next interested model.
👗 OUTFIT DEADLINE — AUGUST 25TH
All outfits need to be purchased and on their way / received by August 25th so there is enough time to make sure everything is ready for the event.
If you already have something that you think would work for your concept, send us a picture for approval!
If you are planning to purchase something, we need you to communicate that with us. Let us know:

✨ When you plan to purchase it
✨ When you expect it to arrive
✨ If you need us to send you links or suggestions
You do not have to figure everything out alone. We are happy to help you find something that fits the vision.
However, we cannot have a model sign a contract and then stop communicating with us about their outfit.
The outfit is not a small detail — it is part of the entire vision and concept we are creating and something the photographers are relying on when they commit to this content day.
If we cannot get communication from you regarding your outfit, we cannot know whether you will actually be prepared for your concept.
If we do not receive outfit information/proof by August 25th AND cannot reach you, your spot will be given to the next interested model.
This gives us enough time to contact the next person and allow them time to find, purchase, and receive an outfit before September 13th.
📱 COMMUNICATION AFTER SIGNING IS REQUIRED.
Signing the contract is not the end of the communication — it is the beginning of your commitment to the content day.
We need models who will stay in communication with us throughout the planning process.
We will not accept:
❌ Signing a contract and then disappearing
❌ Ignoring messages about required outfits
❌ Waiting until the last minute to communicate
❌ Failing to provide outfit information when requested
❌ Agreeing to a concept and then expecting the styling requirements to change
We completely understand that life happens. If something comes up, you have a question, you're having trouble finding an outfit, or you need more time — just communicate with us. We are willing to work with you when we know what's going on.
What we cannot work with is silence.
We are investing our money, time, creativity, venue rental, props, smoke effects, and planning into this event. Multiple photographers are also setting aside their time and paying to participate.
We need to know that our models are just as committed to showing up prepared and communicating with us.
⏰ ARRIVAL — 4:30 PM SHARP
All models must arrive at 4:30 PM sharp and already be dressed and ready to shoot.
Our venue time is limited, and photographers will be divided into groups and rotated through the different setups.
Being on time is extremely important so we can give everyone the full experience we have planned.

Models will receive galleries from the photographers who photograph them during content day!
You'll have the opportunity to receive a variety of creative images from multiple photographers while getting to be part of some seriously spooky, creative concepts. 🎃🖤👻
