Horses are my favorite animal - always have been, always will be. I find that I'm most myself when they're near. They are truly some of the most patient, forgiving, loving creatures that walk this earth. When Isla first took an interest in horses at two years old, I promised her that yes, she would ride one day. I know firsthand the strength and character that riding builds into young girls... see: Tina Robinson.
Tina and I first met at her family farm in Clarence, NY when I went searching for a barn to ride at during my final semester of college. The first time I watched her ride was a surreal experience. She was a glorified natural, it was like she was born to be on the back of a horse.
I've followed her journey through social media over the past several years, watching her evolve as a horsewoman. When I found myself living in Florida, I reached out to her in hopes that I could combine my love of horses with my love of photo taking. I'm excited to think that this is the first of many of our collaborations together, as she's as natural of a rider as she is a model, lol.
