Yesterday was the 2022 Fulton County Pheasants Forever Veterans hunt. It was a privilage to stand by the men and women who have served in the armed forces. It was a cold, snowy morning to say the least - but I can confidently say they all had fun!
Thank you to the Fulton County Sportsmen Club for hosting us for breakfast.
If you or someone you know is interested in becoming a member, or learning about Pheasants Forever, please contact your local county club.
Again - it was an honor to take pictures of these folks. Hope to see yall next year!

It was an honor to take pictures at this mornings Fulton County Pheasants Forever youth hunt. These kids, the dogs and their handlers did an amazing job. If you, or someone you know are interested in learning more about, or becoming a member of Pheasants Forever, please contact your local county club. November 13 will be the Veterans hunt. If you are a veteran, or know a veteran who would be interested in hunting Pheasant, please contact Fulton County Pheasants Forever.

SIMPLICITY

A word that I sometimes have a hard time appreciating. This past weekend, we took a trip to Grand Rapids, OH. I couldn't help but capture the simplicity of nature. I find myself struggling to comprehend how great simple can be. I am always go go go! I am awful at sitting still, relaxing, and "taking it all in". On our walk this past weekend I was reminded that with all of the craziness of COVID 19, (the rushing water of the river) , that there is a stillness that can be found by appreciating the beauty around you (the spider web, and heart shape in the leaf). I want to challenge you, my dear photography fans, to take a deep breath. Enjoy the beautiful simplicity that surrounds you. Take a moment to reflect on what is GOOD, because I know its easy to get caught in the hustle and bustle of the world we live in.
