“Our goal from day one was to have an anti-wedding-wedding. Minimal traditional wedding, maximal fun & celebration of our love.” Kim and Harley’s commitment to authenticity was in every fashion choice down to their decision to have the wedding at their summer home in Southampton. Harley’s mother refused about 15 wedding requests for the property. It was saved for him so it was extremely special for her and her husband to host. “A lot of the inspiration for design/creative decor was inspired by her and the general vibe of the house/property,” Kim described.
There was fashion, art, no strict timeline, and absolutely nothing controlled or directed. Most of all, the couple wanted it “to be the most fun party where people dance, celebrate and leave with positive memories of an epic time.”
A huge thank you Kim and Harley for making me believe again, to your parents for opening your home, your LA friends for bringing the heat, Rudney and the team for the support and coverage, and Kim (my girl) your undying energy. Cheers and till death do you party.
