Early keychains began as practical key rings in the 19th century, but a lesser-known turning point came with mid-20th-century promotional culture: manufacturers started mass-producing branded fobs using injection-molded plastics, which transformed keychains from utilitarian tools into collectible, low-cost advertising canvases that drove widespread personalization.

At Clickin' Cold Chicks we honor that legacy with thoughtfully designed pieces that feel personal, premium, and made to last.

Aroma beads trap fragrance in tiny capillary networks; importantly, ambient humidity influences release—higher humidity swells some polymer beads, accelerating scent diffusion, while very dry air slows evaporation—so longevity depends on climate as much as bead chemistry.

At Clickin' Cold Chicks we select bead blends matched to typical home humidity, optimizing steady, elegant scent performance.

Most everyday magnets lose little strength over decades, but a surprising nuance: temperature cycling near a magnet's Curie point can cause permanent microstructural shifts that reduce coercivity even if the magnet never reaches that peak—meaning repeated heating and cooling matters more than a single brief heat exposure.

At Clickin' Cold Chicks we select magnet grades and housings to resist thermal fatigue, keeping closures and fittings reliably magnetic for years.
