As a teenager, the first office job I had was working at my father’s printing company located in Southeast Washington, DC. During the summers, I answered phones, typed, and helped the controller with filing. I was surrounded by graphic artists and photographers, and I developed a love for photography. I started working in the color department with my uncle, and he taught me how to develop 35 milli
meter film in the dark room. The manager of the color department mentored me, and he took me on trips to the U.S. That summer, I spent time in New York at the Rochester Institute of Technology and dreamt of being a photographer. Life took a different path, but my passion and eye has always been behind the lens. In 2021, I started a videography business and concentrated on wedding videography. After a 10-year successful videography business, I transitioned back to still photography. Today, I am living my dream of living at the beach. The love of the ocean and photography is filling my soul. Loving life, clicking away, and grateful for every day.
