I need your help! To my people that have purchased the cheat sheets or cheat cards, how do you use it when you’re taking photos? What part is the most useful and what part don’t you use?

A new version is on the way soon and here are some of the improvements so far:

The strap mounted card material will be a more flexible (therefore easier to attach), waterproof and more tear resistant. It will also have easier to read larger graphics and fonts.
The cards will also be catered to specific camera types, like Canon T series, Nikon DX00 series etc.

Also, new illustrations by an amazing artist in Barcelona! Here’s a little sun to start your day from the upcoming cards.

I still would like your help though! If you have any things you love or needed improvements, post them in the comments and stay tuned!

Today is the day! Launching at noon, "Take Your Camera Off Auto Mode!" is online for FREE! I'll be in the chat for the premiere for those of you that want to check it out today. This class has been behind a paywall since I recorded it so it's exciting to get it out to the masses. This is a Canon version and I'll wait a couple of days for feedback before releasing the other 4 versions for Nikon and Sony. The content is the same except the camera setting inserts so if you already know how to change your ISO, aperture and shutter speed you can watch any version.

OK, soooo I'm about to miss my Sept 1 deadline for the online free classes, HOWEVER they are coming!! Just a little misjudging time with labor day and heading out of town. I also have been recording new video and have found some other ways of making it a little more relevant. So here's a little sneak preview of some of one addition and why I needed just a little extra time to get it ready for all of the critics on YouTube!🤣 I'm aiming for Thursday. By the way, they're 14 and 12 now!😵‍💫😭

Ready for the other BIG ANNOUNCEMENT?! My class, "Take Your Camera Off Auto Mode!", which most of you in here have taken (and probably forgotten by now🤣) will be posted on YouTube and free to watch for everyone! The date is September 1st since I have to do a little editing and separating into chapters to get it ready for public scrutiny.😱 It will be the entire 2 hour class with individual classes for various camera brands.

I've looked around on YouTube for videos on shooting manual mode and most of them are less than 20 minute overviews so I am looking at the demographic with an attention span.🤞 I'm really excited to get it out into the world and see how it does! I will post the link as soon as it's ready so you can get your cameras dusted off in time!😅 Please share this and the link once it's out with everyone you think may be interested and I'll update the comments in this post as well. Big Announcement today! (And tomorrow!) The new Manual Mode Cheat Card is being printed and will be released next week! It has been reworked into a rigid laminated card that can be attached to your camera bag for easy access (with an included silicone luggage strap) or directly on your camera strap for even easier access.
