I have a couple of spots left for Fall photo shoots. Please send me a private message if you're interested in a mini or full shoot.

The photo shoot's are typically at Sky Meadows State Park or the Marshall Fauquier Park and will be early evening for the best light. I'm also open to other local spots and have done portraits at a local Vineyard's and other parks, as well.

Mini sessions are $150 for a 30 minute session, which includes 15 edited portrait files on a flash drive. If you feel that you need more time, poses and background choices you can choose a longer session for $300 and that will include at least 40 images on a flash drive.

The minis are great if you need just a few casual pictures of your HS Senior, headshots, a few engagement shots or just a nice updated picture of your kids or family.

The longer session will give you more variety and will paint more of a picture of your families relationship or of a person's personality and interests. The longer session is also good for a large group, like for a large family wanting a picture of their families together for a gift for a parent.

$50 will secure your date. The remainder of your fee is paid the day of the sitting and your images will be available in 2 weeks. If we're rained out and not able to find a date that works for you, your deposit will be refunded.

Spring is right around the corner and I'm already scheduling photo shoots. I have limited dates because my son is graduating high school this spring, so please get on the books if you're interested.

Okay, full disclosure people. I pray before every shoot. Hard.
I've never taken a photography class and often feel like I don't know what I'm doing, but I try my best to read the light, each subject, their personality, their relationships and I pray that the end result is all that the receiver is hoping for .... and more.

This HS Senior shoot was so much fun and there are so many hidden meanings in these pictures. From showing rememberance to a coach who passed away to capturing some baseball things that James has done since he was little to recapturing my cover shot (which is James and his sister when they were younger), now at a new house. They even humored me with a capture of James' biggest fans cheering in the background in one shot. We were all laughing so hard.

This is another family that I adore, that my son played baseball with when he was younger and another Senior that he remains friends with. We also had to bring Sweet P and Nanna in for a few shots because they're so adorable.

Wendy, I loved walking into your beautiful new home and seeing the capture from my cover shot huge over your new mantle. When I take an image like that, I always hope that it will end up on a big canvas. Love this family and had such a great time! Okay, this HS Senior shoot really hit my heart. His mom/parents and I are close friends, his mom and I were pregnant at the same time (our boys are 15 days apart), the boys are friends and I just love this family. I did really good, but got teary eyed when he hugged me at the end. We had fun and I'm always glad when we can get some family pictures in too. More fall fun! What am I going to do with myself this winter?! Oh right, hockey and more hockey. This handsome fella' is another 2020 graduate ... and hockey player. I loved being able to catch up with this awesome family and am so glad to be given the opportunity to do his senior pictures. Funny side story, I had only known Steph a short time. She was our coaches wife at the time and we were texting. I was rushing and using voice text and ended the text with the words "smiley fat face". I was both horrified and hysterical laughing at the same time. When I finally got myself together and explained she said that she thought that was some cool new saying that she hadn't heard. We still laugh about it many years later. Miss you Steph and thanks again for choosing me to do your pictures! I hope you have an amazing year Bennett! Stephanie Koniak Dziekan

Oh! Did these girls and I have fun?! I think so! I seriously felt like i was taking pictures for a magazing shoot. We were worried about the weather, but Sunday ended up being simply perfect. Mom did an AMAZING job coordinating the outfits and these girls were naturals when it came to posing and were loving every minute of it. The guys tolerated us and were great sports. Here begins my High School Senior shoots for the year. The Senior's this year touch my heart more than any other, because they're all friends of my son who is also a Senior this year. This guy right here is an amazing ice hockey goalie and an even better person. I've had the privledge of being friends with his mom and watching him play hockey since our boys played together when they were younger. I think we figured out how to make the most of a drizzly fall evening =). I photographed this family when these kiddo's were much younger. It was so great to see everyone and to meet crazy dog. This sweet soul just exudes joy and kindness and is just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Finally some crisp fall weather for this busy fall. It's always a fun time with this group and this time we decided to try a new spot ... with wine, so that's always a bonus! I loved meeting the baby, chasing crazy man around and seeing how the girls have grown. Such a fun rainy Monday night!
