1 am seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to to join my business team. THIS IS NOT A
PHOTOGRAPHY ASSISTANT POSITION. The ideal candidate must have a excellent networking skills, and a strong ability to multitask. Photography experience is not required, but the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment is a must.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Assisting with travel arrangements and itineraries
Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings
Maintaining and updating contact lists
Organizing and maintaining files and documents
Providing general administrative support as needed
Networking and building relationships with industry professionals
