Hi, Iām Mandyāand Iām really glad youāre here. š
Iām the photographer behind Remicks Photography, but āphotographerā is honestly only part of the job description.
Iām also your hype woman, hair fixer, dress fluffer, child entertainer, awkward-hand-placement coach, and the person who will absolutely lie in the grass because the angle is worth it.
I photograph weddings, couples, families, maternity, newborns, seniors, brandingāand all the beautifully ordinary moments in between. I love the real smiles, the belly laughs, the movement, the chaos, and the tiny moments you didnāt realize I was catching.
A little about me: Iām a wife, a mom to three girls, and the owner of two herding dogsā¦ so calm and quiet are not exactly recurring themes in my life. š
The name Remicks is a mix of my maiden name, Reasor, and my married name, Mickelson. But it ended up meaning even more than that. This business has become a remix of who I used to be, who I thought Iād become, and the life Iām building now.
And honestly? I really love who Iām becoming.
When youāre in front of my camera, I donāt expect you to know how to pose. Iāll guide you, make you move, fix the little things, and probably say something mildly unhinged to get the real laugh. You just need to show up as yourself.
Whether youāve been here for years or just stumbled into my little corner of the internetāwelcome. Iām so happy youāre here, and I cannot wait to show you what we can create together.
